You have a Constitutional Right to be a Tool. Just fyi.

This bumper sticker also makes you a tool.

Holy.  Crap.  Was I ahead of the curve on the bumper nutz or what?  Apparently some super douche had some nutz hanging from the bumper of her truck (yes, a chick-douche), when a copper pulled her over and gave her a ticket for expressing her testicle-envy.  Obviously, this brings up HUGE questions of IMPORTANT Constitutional issues.

David Hudson, a First Amendment attorney and scholar, says laws banning these types of decals, emblems or bumper stickers are problematic, but often someone just hasn’t challenged them.

Yes, the law that allegedly keeps one from ordaining one’s vehicle with large testicles is likely a violation of  one’s free speech.  Moral of story: Everyone has a right to be a tool if they want.  They’re still a tool though. Don’t forget that.
