Pot, meet kettle
I recognize that each and every one of our politicians is a hypocrite on some issue, but would it be too much to ask to at least wait a couple of days before throwing stones in your glass house?
Last night I chronicled President Obama’s ever-so-quick “blame Bush” trigger whenever anyone questions him about the economy. Apparently only his majesty gets to point fingers though. Exhibit A: the verbal napalm he drops on the executives of BP, Transocean and Halliburton:
“I have to say, though, I did not appreciate what I considered to be a ridiculous spectacle during the congressional hearings into this matter. You had executives of BP and Transocean and Halliburton falling over each other to point the finger of blame at somebody else,” Obama said.
At least the three executives are arguing about who caused one specific incident. Barry continues to blame the current economy on the guy who was president more than a year, and trillions of dollars in deficit, ago.
